How do I update my phone number?

If you change your phone number, it is important to update Airtime with your new number to continue to have access to your account. 

Your phone number can only be changed on the iOS or Android apps. 

To update your phone number on iOS :

• Open the app and tap Profile in the bottom right corner.
• Then tap on Settings in the upper right corner.
• Select "Manage Account."
• Tap on your phone number and click "Continue"
• Enter your new phone number. 

To update your phone number on Android :

• Open the app and tap Profile in the bottom right corner.
• Then tap on Settings  in the upper right corner.
• Select "Manage Account."
• Tap on your phone number and click "Continue"
• Enter your new phone number and press "Send Code."

If you lose access to the telephone number, you may still be able to access your account with a verified email.
