If your Airtime account is suspended, and you believe that it was done in error, you can appeal the suspension and request a review.
How to appeal your Airtime account suspension
On iOS and Android:
- Open the Airtime app on your phone.
- Top the "Contact Trust & Safety" button on the suspension pop-up notification.
On the Web:
- Open the Airtime app on your phone.
- Top the "Contact Trust & Safety" button on the suspension pop-up notification.
Shake and Report on iOS and Android:
- Open the Airtime app on your mobile phone.
- Shake the phone until a pop-up appears asking "How can we help you?"
- Select "Report Problem" and request an account review.
Appealing your Airtime account suspension on the Web:
- Sign into your account from web.airtime.com.
- Tap “Feedback” on the left sidebar.
- Select “Report an issue" and request an account review.
You can also email a suspension appeal to suspensions@airtime.com.
