Your logs provide technical insight into the problem you're having on Airtime and allow us to find a solution. Logs are automatically sent to us when you shake to report or submit feedback via the platform.
Shake to Report
- Open the Airtime app, and shake your mobile device. This will bring up a "Shake to Report" option.
- Fill out the form with a short description of the issue you're having.
Email
- Go to your profile on the Airtime app and tap on Settings in the upper right corner.
- Click "Help."
- Tap on Contact Us.
- Tap "Yes" on the pop-up that asks if you'd like to send your logs.
Send a report via the Web:
- Click the "Submit Feedback" button on the left-hand side of your home screen. If you're in a room, click the purple "Feedback" button on the left-hand side of your screen.
- Select “Report an Issue”
- Add a comment and indicate your email address.
- Attach a screenshot of your issue.
- Click Submit.
