If you're in touch with our Support team, you might hear them ask you to send them your “logs.” Logs let our engineers learn more information about the problem you're having.
To share your logs:
Option 1: Shake to Report
- To send your logs to our team, open the Airtime app, and shake your mobile device. This will bring up a "Shake to Report" option.
- Go ahead and proceed with that report, noting your email address and a short description of the issue in the message to help us match it up with your Airtime account and/or your original request with our Community team.
- You're all set!
Option 2: Email
- Go to your profile and tap on Settings in the upper right corner.
- Then, tap on Contact Us.
- Finally, tap "Yes" on the pop-up that asks if you'd like to send your logs.
