To report a bug in the app or a security issue that you've found, please let us know as soon as possible.

Please include as much detail as possible and steps to reproduce your issue. Add screenshots to your report whenever possible, as well as: 

  • a description of what happened
  • your device's operating system (Android or iOS) 
  • your network connection (Wi-Fi or data)
  • the phone number you used to sign up
