If you experience technical difficulties or have feedback that you'd like to share with our team, there are a number of ways to reach us. In your communication, please include as much detail as possible such as the type of devices you're using, any error messages you saw, and screenshots.
Shake and report on iOS and Android:
The easiest and most efficient method to contact our team is to shake and report from the Airtime mobile app.
- Open the Airtime app on your mobile phone.
- Shake the phone until a pop-up appears asking "How can we help you?"
- Select "Report Problem" or "Suggest Improvement."
- Fill out the form with as much information as possible.
Submitting feedback on iOS:
It is also possible to share feedback from inside the Airtime app.
- Open the Airtime app.
- Click on Profile
- Tap on Settings
