If you're having audio problems in your room, first make sure you've fully entered the room by clicking anywhere on the screen.
After you've confirmed that you have fully entered the room:
- Check your device to make sure you aren't muted.
- Check that you have given Airtime access to your microphone in your device's settings.
- If you are wearing earphones or earbuds, disconnect them, refresh your browser, and see if the audio improves on your device.
- Leave and re-enter your room.
