If you have received unwanted communication from a user, you can block them. If they have contacted you and shared content that violates our Community Guidelines, we suggest that you also report their content.
To block a user from within a Room:

- Tap on the avatar of the Room member you’d like to block.
- Tap on the three dots (...) in the upper right.
- Tap "Block User."
To block a user from the People list:
- Tap on the people icon in the top right when you are on the Rooms List.
- Use the search bar at the top to locate a user by their username or name. If you are friends with the user on Airtime, scroll through your Friends list to find them.
- Tap on the user's name.
- Tap on the three dots (...) in the upper right.
- Tap "Block User."
What happens when I block someone?
Blocking a user will hide their video and other content from your view, prevent them from mentioning you, prevent them from searching for you, and prevent them from creating a 1-on-1 Room with you. A user you have blocked will not receive a notification that you have blocked them.
To unblock a user:
You can unblock users from your blocked users list in the Privacy section of your profile settings. Your blocked users list only appears after you have blocked at least one user.
TIP: If you think someone is violating Airtime's Community Guidelines, please report them to us.
