How do I remove someone from my room?

As a room admin or a host, you have the ability to remove any member from your room.

Members that get removed from a room will not be able to come back into the room or be invited back into the room unless the duration that you select (1 hour, 1 day, or forever) has expired or a host of the room decides to add the member back. 

Removing someone from a room on iOS/Android

• Tap on the member's avatar in chat OR tap on the name of the room in the center of your screen, then tap on the member’s avatar.
• Tap "Remove from Room". 
• Select duration. You can remove a member for an hour, a day, or forever.  All removed members can be invited back by the admin or host.
• Tap "Remove". 

How to add a member back to a room before the duration expires: 

• Tap on the name of the room in the center of your screen.
• Tap on the in the right corner of the screen. 
• Tap "Removed Users". 
• Tap "Add Back" to the right of the user's name.
• Confirm that you want to add this user back by tapping "Add Back". 

Removing someone from a room on the Web

• Hover your mouse on the member's avatar or their message in chat and click .
• Click "Remove from Room". 
• Select duration. You can remove a member for an hour, a day, or forever.  All removed members can be invited back by the admin or host.  
• Select the reason "Why would you like to remove this member?"
• Click "Remove".

How to add a member back to a room before the duration expires: 

• Click the name of the room in the upper left of your screen.
• Click "Removed". 
• Click "Add Back" to the right of the user's name.
• Confirm that you want to add this user back by tapping "Add Back".
